In my opinion the bras were sized incorrectly. I tried to return the items but the web site showed an error on the returns link. I called the company and they sent a link to return the items. Same problem. I mailed the items back anyway at my expense. The company chided me because I did not have a return authorization number. They sent me a gift card rather than credit my card. I gave the gift card away because ----- well, the bras were possible sized incorrectly. Rude, inept and frustrating.

Per our site policy, ThirdLove is not responsible for packages sent back with non ThirdLove labels and if sent back on your own, we do need that tracking number to verify it was in fact delivered to our center successfully. We hear your concerns about this policy and about receiving a Gift Card. We will be using this moving forward so that we can continue implementing the best policies and processes for our customers.
