EKomi has been harassing us for more than a year after canceling their service trying to collect more money. We canceled our account in March 2016. In September of that year, they claimed we had an unpaid balance due, which did not match our records. We paid what they said was owed and asked them to confirm that that brought our account up-to-date. Then months later, they are asking us for another $50 for an unpaid invoice and threatening to send this to collections, after confirming seven months ago that our account was up-to-date. Further, the technology on their website is terrible, which made it difficult to update our credit card online while we were using their service. We have since switched to Yotpo which is 1,000 times better for collecting reviews and offering spectacular customer service.
