Having previously used this company I was expecting a stress free delivery. Unfortunately my assumptions could not have been further from the truth.

Firstly, after giving a delivery date this suddenly changed to "allocating stock". I contacted the company, explaining that the order was time sensitive due to being a birthday present and was told that the delivery company, DPD, had collected the order and it would be delivered the next day, I had an email from DPD stating that they were expecting my parcel, so assumed there would be no further issues. How silly of me!

The next day, no delivery, no update from DPD, in short, no contact. I then called VioVet again and was told that it had been sent that day, along with further assurances that I would receive the now extremely late delivery.

When checking this morning I discovered on DPD tracking that the order had been returned, so I contacted VioVet, who informed me, after speaking to DPD, that DPD were now refusing to deliver, but couldn't give details as to why not. They were utterly unconcerned and completely apathetic to the loss of a customer. I couldn't speak to a manager as they were conveniently "in a meeting," but the customer service advisor was more interested in clinging stubbornly to DPD rather than retaining a repeat customer.

I trust that the promised refund will be issued immediately, I just hope that they are more efficient when returning my money than they have been throughout this process.

Yet again DPD have failed to deliver. This is no surprise, however, after delivering a parcel 2 days ago, which they passed to my neighbour, they are now saying that they are not delivering to this address due to a "previous incident", in spite of the fact that they had emailed me informing me that they were intending to deliver. Presumably, the "incident" was the bad reviews I have put online. I "can contact them to complain", but why would I bother, based on previous experience they could not care less about their shoddy excuse for a service.

I would far prefer to put bad reviews absolutely everywhere and contact all companies I use, who use DPD, to cancel my accounts, with a full explanation as to why. Congratulations to DPD on costing VioVet a customer

This is the most atrocious company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I actually hate Youfibre.

They promised no loss of connection, great speeds, full coverage throughout the house in a package costing £19.99 a month, with £50 cashback.

The cashback incentive was refused as soon as the excuse for Internet was installed and they then arbitrarily changed the price to £21.99 a month.

They installed the wifi less than 2 weeks ago and it covers one room, barely, so long as only one device is being used. It loses connection and it is so slow that my TV, situated right by the box, takes ages to load. They are also a security risk as the password cannot be changed on the box provided.

After struggling to contact them regarding the multiple issues I received emails stating that my phone number doesn't work, strange that anyone and everyone else manages to contact me with no difficulties! After I pointed this out they did manage to make a phone call, when I was promised a reduction of the monthly fee to £17.99 and a booster at no extra cost. I explained that I needed the engineer to attend at 8am as I work nights. I am still waiting and they are saying it could be 1pm before anyone turns up, meaning I go to work on no sleep.

I told them I do not want their terrible excuse for a service and as I have not had it for 14 days I want to cancel, at which point they stated it's 14 days from the start of the contract which they have failed to fulfil and they would charge me an early exit fee upwards of £400.

As they are basically holding me to ransom and forcing their "services" (using the term very loosely) on me I intend to make sure that I cost them way over their £400 by making sure as few people as possible sign up with this scam company, who have failed to deliver in every area.

Contrary to their statements on their website they definitely do not care at all about their customers or ensure that they provide what you are paying for. I only wish I had paid more attention to the 1* reviews before being conned by their promises!

My calendar is already set with a reminder to be rid of them asap.
