Those are your odds of actually getting anything of value. Ordered 5 different"Sterling"jewelry items. ALL FAKE! All refunded. Sellers susposed to be punished... HA! Same fake ads still up. Check it with a magnet. Refunds are also a crap shoot. You might get it. Customer service is, at best, STUPID! On purpose. They route you to places that don't help and repeat same useless info as if it were God's own words. They try to stall until you just give up.
Three orders" out of stock". Only got a timely refund by threatening bad reviews. Bait and switch. Bid and win one knife and get another or an out of stock notice. Then Dan Miller either ignores you or only responds to aggressive reviews.
