The website promotes boldly a business plan and a one year satisfaction guarantee. At the end of making a purchase they offer market research to be added on. Both products were very low quality. When I contacted them for a refund for the market research (which was /really bad/) they refused and then stopped responding. Their sales practices are a scam built to trick people.

I got a free trial when I was pregnant. I emailed them because their classes weren't sortable online by time or type of workout which made the platform really unusable and extend my free trial. They emailed back saying they would look into it. I figured it would be a quick fix because every other online workout program has those filters.

After a few weeks I realized that I had been charged and their site hadn't been fixed. I contacted them and asked to be refunded. They were incredibly rude, refused to refund. They had charged me for the whole year and wouldn't even refund me for the remainder of the year.

Even without this really cruel treatment of their pregnant customers, the classes are not good. I highly recommend buying AloMoves yoga instead even for pregnancy!

I'm pregnant, I purchased a custom maternity dress. I sent in very clear instructions on my sizing. They sent me a dress that was made COMPLETELY wrong and looks terrible. Like worse than a trash bag. And it falls right off my body if I don't hold it on. I reached out to them and expected a very quick apology and refund or remake of the dress. INSTEAD they have been emailing me for over a week trying to get me to accept a partial refund. The dress is completely useless to me because they made it wrong. I don't want it and a partial refund is useless. I cannot believe they treat customers this way when they make a dress in error. Not to mention now I have to HUSTLE to find a dress that does work for my brother's wedding.

I had bad phone service with them for about 6 months. One month i was charged $10 extra dollars out of no where and didn't pay it. My service was shut off. I called them to find out why, they apologized and agreed they didn't know where the charge came from. They fixed the account. I've had to call in every month (3 so far) after that because our service shuts of. They promise every time that we are on auto pay and everything is fixed. I've spent about 6 hours on the phone because of their mistake. Changing companies.
