Placed a 1st time order and paid for expedited shipping. Fedex lost it, obviously not the fault of CBDMD, however everthing after that tells you what a pathetic company they are. They refuse to reship or refund until someday when fedex 'might" find the package because... wait for it... 'i might get a double ahipment and not return it'... Thats right... rather than fix the problem they just assume their customer is a dishonest person and let them sit in limbo until someday in the future when fedex finds its lost treasures.
Go elsewhere... many other CBD companies who actually want their customers business...
