I have started the NACA process the beginning of this year (2022), I have been assigned an amazing counselor, Ms. Redman who has been helping and guiding me with every step along the way. I am excited to continue this process, as I have 2 close friends who have also become first time home owners through NACA. Be sure to stay posted for my journey =). Shamaine Cherry
I was provided inaccurate information in regards to my trip credit. I was told I had until July to book my trip with my credit, when I called to book a new trip they said that it expired and it was noting they could do, even after I've paid over $1000 for my trip. They wont respond to any emails, nor do their agents know their policy. I would NOT RECOMMEND this site for any booking. It was very unprofessional and I'm currently looking to start a legal case against this company. No customer should lose out on money if services weren't provided.
Tip for consumers:
Please do not book from this site, unless you want to experience bad customer service or the possibility of losing your money.
