We stayed at the Ramada Viscount by Wyndham in Tucson, Arizona. This place has Bugs that bite, drains that do not drain and rooms not fit for homeless. Rooms not updated for at least 20 years. The room did not have the amenities that were on our reservation No decorations, no pictures, nothing. When you complain they move you to a room that is like the Ritz. Art work, plants, flat screen TV, mirror, Nice linens, on and on. Too bad they treat Wyndham Rewards and Time Share owners or any customer with such disrespect. Guess they did not like the discount Wyndham gives to their owners. Shame on them.

We have stayed at this Shell Vacation resort before. We have to say this time was the WORST we have ever had in in our time share history. First unit terrible location and were told there was nothing else yet the resort was not full. Sewer gas so bad had to put wet towels over the drains. Moved to the unit next door, Still sewer gas but at least palatable. However, could not get the keys to work to let us in. After an hour of maintenance trying we left assured we could get in upon our return. Came back to get our keys, they were not ready and then did not work. 4 attempts before fixed. AC did not work maintenance came out and fixed. But unit would run and never get below 80. AC ran so loud you could not sleep or hear TV when on. Email to desk down for 3 days so could not get a form printed easily. They said maybe we should call IT! Kitchen towels so used looked like rags. Bed awful, towels too used. Shell used to be top. Notched. Now on the last notch. Could say more but I am out of space.

Do not buy from this company. Not sure if they even have people or robots. Placed a repeat order. They sent the wrong product. Have no system to ship correct item and order a pickup of the incorrect item. Nor does each "department" have the ability to know what the other "department" said or did.The same old questions all over again. After 2 hours between live chat and emails I got them to agree to a refund. Then I had to pack and get to a UPS store. 2 weeks after receiving the product back I still did not have the refund. Had to go through the same process over again. 2 days later after this agony, a credit was received. And it is not over, they tricked AMEX and told them the refund was given much earlier. Liars, robots and cheaters.
