Ring was lighter, flimsier than anticipated. I thought the ring was more substantive.

No one responded to my email question why there's no stamp 14k or 585 on the inside of the ring.

Purchased a Chanel bag, big disappointment. It really was and should have been donated. Filthy, holes, stained and discolored, I don't know anyone who would wear this much less pay for it.
When I called the store in Forest Hills to inquire about a return, the rude man who answered refused to help. He knew he was a jerk because I asked for his name and he wouldn't give it. Instead, he hung up on me. He needs to be trained in customer service. If he worked for me he'd be fired.
