There is rarely a day where I don't get a Spam email from a Monkey Digital affiliate promising me "a lifetime revenue opportunity of 35%." Right, and if I buy now they will throw in a free trip around the sun with no expenses paid! I have emailed Monkey Digital asking them to remove me from their email list but to no avail. I know there is a sucker born every minute who buys into the SEO lie after setting up a new website on Go-Dippy. But for commissioned-based affiliates to send their spam to domains that have been around for decades is ridiculous. How about some more training in how to approach leads rather than just buying an email list and spamming millions?

I subscribed for a service, entered my still valid credit card information and uploaded the requested ID, and then waited, and waited. After a week I sent MIDDLEMAN a message saying, "Is there something else I need to do to get this order moving? There was no response from MIDDLEMAN. A month later I again inquired as to what is happening and got no reply. Long story short, after 4 months and multiple requests for updates, and submitted Tickets for help, and then cancellation and refund requests, I posted a 1-star review, and a few minutes later I got a phone call from Player-Up telling me my payment did not go through and so nothing happened. It would have been nice to get a message at some point telling me that. Anyway, for all the hassle I was finally marked as "Verified" and given a $5.00 credit. Maybe someday they will install a program that gives you a pop-up message saying, "your payment was not received" or "no assistance can be provided until your payment has been received." Not sure if I will try this again.

Tip for consumers:
Nothing will happen and no notice will be given if your credit card payment fails to go through.

I bought this system hoping it would be a cheaper way to secure my home. Set up was fast and the instructions seemed simple. Then my Internet went down and I saw that my outdoor cameras powered by their optional solar panels went offline. So I manually reconnected them by getting out a ladder and opening the device and removing the battery, as pressing the button on the bottom to reset would not work. Then it happened again and again and again and each time I had to do the same thing. Why can't they make the system reconnect the outdoor cameras like all the other devices reconnect regardless of how they are powered? Very frustrating and their Support just says I have to manually reconnect the devices!

I received an email saying my credit card was about to expire, so I logged in and tried to enter the new Expiration Date and my New Address, but the system failed saying "Unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later." After many failed attempts, I then removed the card and then tried to Add a New Card, using the same credit card information, but then the system said "Invalid Credit Card." I then tried calling and after the system hung up on me the first time, I called back, and after a long wait and entering validation codes twice, I chatted with a rep, who then sent me another validation Code, and then as I was entering the Code, the system Timed out saying, I had 60 seconds to respond. But every time I entered a number the clock came back with a lower number and a new screen, until it timed out and then hung up on me! PayPal, you really have a lot of bugs in your system, to the point of me looking for another online merchant.

My first time using this company will also be my last. I was never contacted after I mailed them all the forms so I didn't even know if the system was set up. Anyway, to make a long story short, a 10 pound shipment that I paid $15 to ship there magically turned into a 15 pound shipment, and their lowest shipping price was $93.00 US dollars for 2 to 4 day shipping! And when I paid for that the estimated delivery date came back as 15 days
Later! What a rip-off and what a waste of time this has been! Furthermore, it took them 5 days to re-ship the package by 2 to 4 day shipping! So why pay for express shipping when it takes them 5 days just to put it in the mail, and then it takes another 2 weeks to get the package?! LAST OF ALL, THEY OBVIOUSLY POST MANY FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS TO COMPENSATE FOR THE MANY REAL 1 STAR REVIEWS! So the next review after this will be 5 stars again and saying the same wonderful things. Or maybe they'll go 4 stars because they know we're on to them. Bye bye ViaBox!
