Misleading info and prices. They sold me a GA ticket for the price of a front-row ticket and listed ticket as Row 1 in section GA. The show is not sold out. They ran a ad on Google to appear as the first result, and are just adding 5 times ticket master prices. I purchased event insurance through their site, and event insurance wants a death certificate or medical note to file a claim.

Horrible customer service. They sell you offerings and then won't deliver. Their customer service, when you finally get them says all they can do is escalate the case, and you never hear from them again. They took me for hundreds of dollars.

I ordered their elements periodic chart with real elements.

The first time they sent me a broken one. I complained and they send another one But this time they just mailed me a picture of one. Not joking. They then demanded more money if I wanted a non-broken one
