If you dig through all the branding and marketing data that Tempur-Pedic keeps at the top of the search engines, you will find many unhappy customers. The salespeople are trained to brag about the special tempur material and 10 year warranty. You will fall for the hype and pay thousands of dollars for a bed with the shortest trial period on the market! You will pass the trial periods and find the bed is bad for your back and neck. I would like to know the percentage of customers who file a Tempur-Pedic# warranty and are satisfied with the outcome. See if you can find that detail published on Tempurpedic# websites. Buyer beware when shopping for your next mattress. There are better mattresses than Tempurpedic# that cost 50-70% less with a much longer trial period and better warranty.
