“Rip Off”

I ordered a bouquet of red roses and mixed flowers, a box of chocolates and a happy birthday balloon to be delivered to my twin in Switzerland.
She received a bouquet of pink flowers only.
No chocolates and no balloon.

I am chasing them for a refund now
Extremely disappointed
Leaves a bad taste
After a USD $20.50 service charge to deliver a basic gift, one expects better service.
Will never order from this store again
