THEY DO NOT HONOR ANYTHING THEY SAY ON THEIR WEBSITE! HAPPY CLIENTS MUST BE THOSE THAT DID NOT HAVE TO RETURN/REFUND A PRODUCT. ITS SIMPLY A NIGHTMARE. THEY ADVERTISE ONE THING, THEN WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY CLAIM THEY DO NOT DO XYZ... EVEN THOUGHT ITS CLEARLY ON THEIR WEBSITE! YOU CANNOT CALL THEM, YOU CAN ONLY EMAIL, SO THAT TELLS YOU ABOUT THE COMPANY-SIMPLY DOES NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER PROBLEMS!
