They are the most dishonest, rude, corrupt business I have ever associated with. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM WHATSOEVER; they are very deceiving and manipulative.
My mom had a home security system in place. She wanted to switch to Fluent; they sent a technician out, and he told my mom the equipment already in use IS compatible with their system. (Took advantage of an 86 year old lady).
This was supposed to be a free installation; there was no charge in switching over and using their approved materials.

A year and a half later, my mom had to switch out batteries. All hell broke loose. The second repairman said he could not fix it because it was not one of their products, not insured under them. The system would not work correctly, problem after problem, it takes 1 to 2 hours to get anyone on the phone. Finally, my mom talked with Natasha from headquarters in Lehi, Utah. This woman was the most disrespectful, power-hungry, horrible representative. She does not give a dang about the customers nor sought a resolution with respect and sympathy. She even had the gall to put a note on my mom's account that no one else would service her without talking with her first. She would not let my mom talk to anyone else. She was seething on the phone with my mom. "You can't go to anyone else but me." So, this woman was out for revenge; my mom called her out and made sure she was targeted and could not speak to anyone else (she heard a rep talking about the note).
Natasha told my mom the technician knows nothing and basically idiots, and they shouldn't say anything; this is an admittance of their responsibility for lack of correct information. My mom asked why he did not tell me it was not compatible, "Natashia's reply, "He doesn't have to tell you anything about that; he is just there doing his job. I ask where the money was supposed to be invested in my mom's free security system they did not install but deceived into thinking it was compatible. Hummmmmm that is so obvious, deceit.

Natasha doesn't follow the rules, but she expected my mom to. OH, the best response from another rep, Eric "The rules are they remove out the old materials and replace with their equipement" and "We will give you the parts but you have to pay the technichan." FOR WHAT, a job they should have done correctly, to begin with, own up to their little deceiving dishonest claim. Please take my word for this, RUN!

I have been shuffled around by 21 people (updated to 28) and no one has had the knowledge or know what to do with my situation. Three days total, waiting to be sent to someone else again. It is unbelievable! I am with a home warranty company. Needed washer repaired. They contracted Sears and sent them to fix my washing machine. Sears man came out, piddled a little with our washer and ordered parts. He left after hanging around my house, on his phone for one hour. He could have left after 15 min. The parts came, Michael came back, wrong parts. Had to order other parts. Was supposed to come back and never showed. I called my home warranty company and asked them to offer the job to another company. They told me they typically do not do this but after hearing my story they sent another company. They came in, laughed at the parts Sears Repairman ordered and I quote, " If he bothered to look inside, he would have seen these parts are incorrect." This company ordered the correct parts, came back and fixed my washer (within 4 days). Sears Repairman stretched my washer fixing for 3 weeks. I was billed by Sears. Talked to a woman who called me and asked why I hadn't paid my bill. I told her my story and she was going to deal with it. SHE DID NOT. Next I get a letter saying this is my last before being sent to collections. I called the good old Sears 1-800 number and they shuffled me around as mentioned before with NO results. I finally contacted headquarters and spoke to a gentleman, gave him the EXACT same information I gave to the 21 other people who conveniently could not find my name or my contract claim. This gentleman took my information, put me on hold for 3 minutes and came back saying it was taken care of and would not be sent to claims. He also gave me servicemans ID number in case I want to file a complaint, WELL, I have a claims letter in front of me as I type. It was NOT taken care of, I had to pay so as to not ruin my credit. SOOOOO, I now want my refund ASAP. This company DID NOT provide a service nor fixed my machine.

Received two emails today, this is one of two:
Hello,
Thank you for your email. We apologize for any inconvenience. I was unable to open the attachments. By reviewing your account, it shows bill has been waived. It shows no payment of the $60.00

Here is the response I received today and once I sent proof (see attached photos)- silence NOTHING

Tip for consumers:
I would not recommend this company, look anywhere but here. Thumbtack has some great options and have had much success using them for a source of reviewed service providers. (Angies List has some issues with quality).

Lied to me over the phone and via email.

Email: We are extremely sorry, we are unable to cancel your order as it has already processed and will be delivered to on 05/06/21. I would like to inform you that our plants are under lifetime guarantee

I emailed them weeks before this response. Then they finally respond conveniently after it's too late to cancel the order. They are so dishonest. I am still hasn't shown up and there's no record of it being sent with the tracking number they gave me. Run from this company, find somebody else better they are really dishonest. I don't know where all these good reviews came from but they are not honest people.

I missed a payment in March due to Covid breakout, earthquakes for weeks and rushing to teach 150 students online and missed a payment, they sent this to the credit bureau. I've shopped here for 20: years and they do this. I'm so done with Kohl's, beware. This is very pathetic and other businesses, from my understanding worked with their customers, not greedy Kohl's, shoot to ruin credit.
