Absolutely pathetic service! Ordered birthday chocolates to be delivered on 22nd December. Today is 23rd December and still not delivered. Upon chatting in whats app being told "RGTI**************
Your order is a courier item and it is in transit already. But we are waiting for the tracking details to get updated."
When I asked for a refund, I got a response "The order is already in transit sir/mam and now the order cannot get cancelled."
Absolutely hopeless service.
