I have re-installed windows and the product is failing to activate using this key
*our keys just support activate once, if you reinstalled after activation, the key will be invalid.*
I have just been in contact with Microsoft support
Who have informed me that the key is a pirated key
And that i should get in touch with you for a replacement key
I have a MS investigation reference if you need it
But if you could please supply me with a replacement key, then I will consider his matter closed
Time has passed so long that we cannot provide you with a new key
I will pass on your details to MS for investigation, they seemed pretty convinced that you acting in bad faith and they requested your details to take this matter further
If you can provide me with a replacement key, then there is no need to take this matter further
You can communicate with Microsoft

I purchased a key in good faith, if this key was genuine then it would a) work in perpetuity, b) not be identified as a "pirate" key by Microsoft
Our keys are valid and legal. The reason why the keys you purchased cannot be used is because you reinstalled the system
This is key is not genuine, as report by the company that ultimately decides these things, Microsoft
Microsoft say's your previous statement is untrue
A genuine key should be usable any number of times
They have identified the key your provided a a "pirated" key
Are yo saying I should listen to you and believe that Microsoft is lying?
Or is it more likely that Microsoft is correct and that you have, perhaps unwittingly, provided me with a "pirated" key
