I made an online purchase on their Web and did return the item one day after receipt however you can not contact them by phone as the number on the Web is the one for the shop which is closed. Their returns are processed by a company called Alpi and therefore it is impossible to know when the return will be processed. They received my item which has a value above 200 pound and the only answer I had was an email for the customer service Stating that returns are processed within a 5 days time frame but it has been 6 days now and no sign of any return.
I will advise Anyone against any online shopping with Velvet. Better to wait until the shop are opens.
I bought an item from Sacks and realised that i should not after i returned the item. It is taking oer a month to have any update and Sacks customer services arre advising that the issue is that Bordrfrere are slow. In the meantime, Bordrfree did not send me any update email.
Very Very bad service, will never use any website using Borderfree in the future.
