You cannot call me, as I do not have a phone. The phone you have is my only phone. I do not have a loaner. I have not had access to a phone since I sent this one to you. I was not consulted about the mother board when you discovered the problem and now I fear that if it was saudered, without my consent that Samsung will not allow me to send it back to them for repair. I do not authorize you to make any repair to the mother board. If the phone will not work without a new motherboard than I would not require the new lcd digitizer and glass repair.

Had I been notified of this additional problem when you encountered it I would have told you not to proceed as I have no intention of spending $500 to fix a $600 phone. Please remove any parts that belong to you and return my phone. I do not feel comfortable proceeding with your company on this repair. Send the phone back today.

We were not going to charge you for any additional labor. The solder is a simple process to reinforce the damaged/bent parts.

I do apologize once again for the delay. But we will be able to fix your phone. However if you wish we will send you the phone back along with a full refund today. Please let me know.

If you would like us to complete the repair I will in addition to the extra labor and parts offer you a partial refund for the delay and inconvenience. We are trying our best to fix your phone and putting our resources and expenses into it. All we ask is more patience if at all possible. I do understand your frustration but your repair was not a turn key fix.

If you cannot fix it keep your parts, return the phone and issue a refund.

I did not receive my phone when I asked for it on 4/25. I did not authorize you to keep it and yet I have still not received the phone or any tracking information for it.

It has been a over a week, I have also obviously not received a fixed phone as you said I would if I had authorized you to keep it.

I have to handle this with my credit card company as it is now apparent that I am dealing with a fraudulent company.

I received your voice mail and have read the above message. I understand the horror story you referred to as I have not received the refund you mention above and have spent an additional $200 to buy another phone since your company has been in possession of mine for 28 business days. I do not enjoy spending my free time talking to credit card companies or worrying about the loss of a $600 phone and the $238 I spent to repair that phone as I am sure you do not enjoy continuing to receive these messages from me. So this contact is only to re confirm that I have not received my phone, a refund, or a report of progress on said phone.

I received an email that my phone had been shipped with a tracking number but when I use that number to try to track the shipment the status is "Electronic Shipping Info Received" there is no location information. Does this mean the tracking label has been printed out but the phone has not yet actually been shipped? Please ship the phone back. I am not certain how many more times I can ask for the phone to be sent back before I will be forced to reach out to the New Jersey better business bureau or AG's office to file a formal complaint. You waited until my bank contacted you on 5/20/13 to refund the amount paid, even though you had already committed to do so on 5/7/13. I sincerely do not want to have to use the authorities in your state to get you to send back the phone as you already stated you would and are ethically required to.

-This has been copied and pasted from the company's website so I apologize for the funky formatting. I received the phone on 6/3/13 in the same condition I sent it to them.

UPDATE* 6/28/13 the company had my bank re-charge me as I had "received" my phone. I now have the pleasure of either being charged for a service they did not provide or fighting with my bank about the charge. I will be fighting with my bank and warn others as this is the first dispute to a charge I have had to make in the 11 years I have been a card holder. Others learn about this website.
