I ordered the largest custom box with a VIP service. No tracking number provided even though extra was paid for this through VIP. Refused to provide tracking when requested through email and facebook and replies were poor. Asked to cancel prior to it shipping, and was advised it had already shipped. Upon asking through Facebook, they confirmed this was not correct and it had actually not been shipped prior to my request. I expect this now to be a scam at worst, with the best outcome now been absolutely diabolical customer service.

I am sorry to hear we didnĀ“t add the tracking number to your box, for wish you paid and ensures that your box is sent out the next day. We send out thousands of boxes a month, so I mistake like this is rare, but it can and will happen. As is always the case, we refunded the VIP fee as soon as you bought this to our attention. I know I and my staff tried very hard to make you happy and I am sorry to know that we were not able to achieve that.
