“Horrible customer service”

Associates at the store will lie just to push a sale. Our kitchen table and chairs are apparently going to be delivered at different times. Part of it was supposed to be delivered today between noon-3:00, after leaving work early they called at 3:00 to let us know it will be around 5:30.

Tip for consumers:
Havertys furniture takes several weeks for delivery, possibly months. On our partial merchandise delivery day, they called after they were supposed to be here to let us know that they would be late.
