No tech available for procedure when I arrived at appointment. Special instructions not emailed, texted or on web site... One procedure not showing up on web site portal that required special procedures. Being sent to offices that don't do the exam scheduled. Charged $500 for exam, later run through insurance and I owed $10. Simon med did not want to return money. Took Better Business Bureau help to get money back.
