I ordered what I thought was going to be a pretty dress with pockets and a belt for my birthday. When delivered it was not as advertised! The fabric was cheap nylon, badly sewn and it had NO pockets or belt. Cheaply made knockoff! Unnecessarily complicated return process. I tried to return it to the company based in New Jersey, turns out they are based in China. I would have to pay the shipping fee to return which was the same price as the dress originally with no guarantee it would even get there without getting lost on some international shipping container. Awful, unhelpful customer service tried to tell me there were no pockets when it is clearly advertised as such. DONT SHOP HERE! FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! TOTAL SCAM

Customer service informed me I could not cancel an order I placed 4 hours prior because it was being picked at the warehouse. I would have to return the order and would not wave the restocking fee. They said the order was processed 10 minutes after it was placed and could not be canceled after. So, in effect, their cancelation policy is bogus and non-existent.
