I needed to buy a new PC as my current one was not man enough to run Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. I spotted Power Computing whilst browsing the net and called them. They were very helpful and knowledgable and invited me to go and see their showroom which was only a few miles away for me. The visit proved very good and I placed an order with them during the visit. The new PC arrived but sadly Parcel Force had caused damage to the carton and content. Once I'd opened the carton I could see extensive damage to the graphics card power supply and maybe the mother board. I rang Power C and they were devastated to hear of the damage. As we were only 45 minutes away they immediately despatched an engineer who inspected the PC and decided to take it back to base and build a new one for me. The engineer arrived at around 12 noon but I was amazed to get a knock on the dooraround 5 pm deivering my newly built PC to me. Not onlt that but the engineer even set the PC up for me to make sure everything was in order. Awsome amazing service so refreshing in todays world.
