What Industry West sells as "Solid Walnut Wood" is a cheaply laminated MDF / particleboard. The Arne Console has only wood drawer fronts & legs, the rest of this "solid wood" console is no better quality than a $200 piece from IKEA.
On contacting Industry West I got two emails back insisting it was 100% Solid Walnut Wood. On asking and receiving product msds and product makeup, Industry West admitted it was MDF.
Fraud of this sort is inexcusable. Furthermore, they will not honor their return policy and seem to enjoy sending me offers of 20% off coupons instead of addressing their misinformation.

There's no guarantee, so you buy it and you're stuck with it. I tried the service, got a cake that ended up in the trash. Awful. It had a strong medicine or chemical taste. I feel like it was bad. They offered a $15 off coupon, that's it. Nothing more from the extremely slow customer service and no follow up.

One door handle, $179 and arrived with defects, screwed up connection and not straight. They cant send a new one without charging me and refunding once they get the defective one back. It's just one part but I need to send the whole assembly back? No. So then they want to refund me 15% and Im stuck with the defect. They really dont make good on their "Quality" product promise.

Response: "I have canceled the return and replacement as you requested. Unfortunately, we are unable to send out a replacement without also having the damaged door set returned. You also have the option of keeping the damaged door-set as is for a refund for 15% of the item value. Please let us know if this works for you."

I ordered what I thought was a set of 5 deer horns, but turns out it's only one. The product image is very misleading as it shows a set of 5.

My order will take a month to ship and I'll be out of the country when it is due to arrive. I tried to cancel the order as it will not even ship for another 3 weeks, they refused. I had to open a dispute with my bank. It's very sad that I have recommended this company to friends already, I'll have to take that back because they are really very tricky and awful to try to work with. The order cancellation policy allows you to cancel within 24 hours, BUT you dont know how long the order will take to ship until AFTER it is "processed" and then it cannot be cancelled. Tricky Tricky. It's really a shame this company needs a small profit over retaining customers.
