My wife purchased two pairs of the same design/size/color of shoe, but one did not fit properly. We immediately requested how to go about returning one pair and how much we would be remunerated (i.e., is shipping covered, will we be refunded the entire percent, etc.). Immediately we got a return email, obviously AI generated, but I would say it is more like AS (Artificial Stupidity), or else it is their way of trying to discourage returns. The reply said, "Hello, could you please provide a picture of the product you received and take a clear picture of the outer packaging and tracking number? Thanks! Tip: Please do not return goods before the return address in our authorized email. In addition, the address on the package is not our return address. Please note, do not send the package to this address, otherwise we will not be liable for any loss."
I immediately did that. I got the same message in return. I wrote "I just sent you the picture and it is showing below. Is this an AI generated email and you can't detect it? You even sent the picture back to me. It clearly shows not only the product and tracking number, but also your internal stock number. I also have forwarded the order number in the original request, so you should have everything you need."
Again, I got the same message in return. So this time I retook the picture, removing the shoes from the clear plastic bag, just in case that was the problem. Note that I responded to the original email that said my order had been shipped and it CLEARLY shows the order number, so the need for the photo is suspect.
Keep in mind two things about this company: It advertises on FACEBOOK, and I am learning that Facebook ads are quite often unreliable and I doubt if shady merchants there are ever banned, even though Facebook is famous for banning truth. Secondly, this is a Chinese company, and being as they are under a godless government, it is no wonder that they have no scruples. I am including the two photos that I sent to them as proof as requested by SiteJabber. Sensitive information has been blurred. Lso note the return address on the second photo - John Doe?

Tip for consumers:
I would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Products used:
One pair of shoes.

This is a dishonest company. I would give Zero Stars if I could. I missed seeing an email that warned of an upcoming renewal. Here refund policy seems unfair. The rep could not provide me with the actual numbers for how much I was charged and how much time was left on the subscription so that I could calculate the amount I should be refunded. So it seems that they do not refund proportionately to issues received/not received.
Also, their chat function does not allow printing or saving of the entire chat (see attached). The rep asked me to take screenshots, than closed the chat which OBLITERATED the chat dialogue. Examination of the browser cache to retrieve it shows that it must be encrypted because there is nothing legible to see (it was https, so I guess that is to be expected, but not such an underhanded treatment regarding refunds or chat logs.)
