Phone developed dead pixels within 2 months of purchase so I returned it as faulty as required.
I chased it up 2 weeks later and they confirmed the engineer would look at it soon.
24 days after sending it back I finally have an email reply:
Engineers Report:
The device has been dropped and therefore this line has come.
The phone has internal damage which can result in a line on display.
Internal damage can come from a pressure exertion or phine drop.
