Terrible experience. Billed out of Amsterdam. Had to call India to try and resolve. 1 week later still no resolution! Lots of excuses.

However, as a hotel search and not a booking site, trivago is not involved in the booking process between the user, the online travel agent and the hotel, and therefore cannot, in any way, claim financial responsibility for the transaction process between these parties.

We believe that you are referring to the booking site that you used to make the booking in your review.
