57 and never exercised in my life. Being a bricklayer and playing squash was all the work out i needed. Got out of bricklaying, then more recently stopped squash (home/life reasons) I realised I was getting soft.
The Better Me app I found and subscribed (after a few months deciding if it was legit) and it's fantastic. The workouts are short and sweet. If I'm feeling motivated I do a second workout from the extensive extras list. My two daughters visited from Melbourne a week ago and three of us did chair yoga together. Awesome!
