I spent a few $ to check my record for a job but wasn't aware it automatically enrolled me in a membership so was surprised when I was charged $25. I was notified that it's stated in the terms but was in a hurry and didn't look closely. I requested and was granted a refund. I am grateful for the approval and the representative was very professional and understanding. I will definitely use Records Finder in the future when needed. Thank you!
