The velcro on the chest strap does not stick and they will not do anything about it. They told me to take it to a tailor or a shoe repair shop. This is unacceptable!
Update: The company contacted me and after several emails, they agreed to give me the Black Friday discount on both of my harnesses, so I purchased 2 new harnesses.
