This is one of the worst websites ever. They have a glitch or issue at least once ever 2 weeks. You can't login, you can't navigate pages. It's absurd that a bank of this size can't afford a legitimate or functional IT team.
Besides that, the bank isn't so hot either.
I've had iPads in the past and they were great. Now though, the 2 I've had over the last 2 & 1/2 years are garbage. I bought the IPad Air3. Within 6 months it started having issues. Over a month of dealing with chat, who couldn't find the problem. Finally they told me to take it in for service. It was determined it was a hardware issue and they gave me a new one.
Now, the new one, 7 months in is also having hardware issues. The entire ipad freezes up and I can't do anything on it. Again, went back and forth with chat, then was told to bring it in. I took it in twice, since the 1st guy couldn't figure it out.
The 2nd time I was told it's a hardware issue (again, here we go), but now it's on me to buy a new one - even though both haven't lasted a year.
Why would I buy a product that has proven to be faulty? I'll find a different tablet maker going forward.

Marissa Peer does incredible work and has many great hypnosis videos on her site for sale. However, forget about ever being able to get a response when you contact support. Plan on NEVER hearing back from anyone, even if you send 3, 4, 5 emails.
For the quality of Marissa's work, this is unfortunate.
I even tried to sign up for her hypno-therapy course, which is in the neighborhood of $10k. You're required to have a call with one of their staff so I booked a call, online through the website. When the appointed call came, they never called me.
I emailed the gal I was supposed to be talking with and she got back to me saying, "Oh, it never came through on my end". I then went through this process 3 more times with the same result! Finally, after many emails, someone got back to me and I was able to speak to them.
It shouldn't be this hard to be able to contact someone, especially if they're trying to sell you something.
My other experience is that I had a question about buying 3 of the videos online. I have now emailed them on 3 separate occasions and nothing. No response.
I signed up for getupside and within a few days started receiving spam texts to my phone, which I have NEVER had before this. Now I'm receiving several spam texts a day.

You an never reach customer service. The minimum wait on chat is usually a minimum of 20 min, and then the person on the other end, most times, doesn't know how to solve the issue.
