I wasn't sent my free gift bc at checkout I was asked if I wanted to use my birthday reward and I did not knowing it would make me ineligible for the free gift that prompted my order that day. Customer service was not helpful and did not seem to care about me or my experience or customer satisfaction. I couldn't return it bc my fiancé had bought it for me with his debit card and it seemed like too much trouble to make him return it and then have to repurchase. Plus I later learned the customer is responsible for return shipping cost, so not really free returns as one may have thought initially. Once I realized I was stuck with my loss and it would be too much trouble to return I opened my Beauty Box and realized the zipper was broken. I was obviously not happy about that, and was even more upset when I finally opened the powder makeup and realized one of them was crumbled and went everywhere. At first they were rude when I let them know, but then they agreed to send a replacement and quit being so rude and uncaring. I was thrilled when I got the replacement in a timely manner today and the makeup wasn't crumbled. It definitely took way more time and stress dealing with it than it was worth, but hopefully I won't have these same issues if I order it again. Shipping was extremely fast on the initial purchase and replacement.
