I ordered a keepsake urn and an NFL emblem. I was sent the mockup to approve. Then there was a delay due to flooding in Maine. Mainely Urns kept me informed about the delays, and once it shipped, it arrived in a timely manner. The urn is beautiful. I would highly recommend Mainly Urns for all your needs, human or fur baby.
