Lowe's customer service is the absolute WORST on the planet. They have outsourced their install scheduling to a company in the Philippines (Handy). AWFUL!
Two Kohler toilets were installed. One is defective, and verified as defective. Handy keeps canceling the replacement appointments. I have spoken with them Several times. I have spoken with Lowe's and the installer Several times. The Installer can't do anything until Handy gets their head out of their $#*! and produces an appointment.
This has gone on for over two weeks.
I am at the point of having the toilet ripped out and returning it to Lowe's myself and contracting with the installer privately to install a new one.
The WORST customer service experience I have Ever experienced. There HAS to be some recourse!
