“Horrible customer service”

The 900 GSM Egyptian cotton towels are excellent, but... very slow to ship, they don't answer emails, I still haven't received the $75 refund for the items they didn't ship. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I doubt that they will publish my review on their site. Buyer beware!
