Update, the shower head is installed and has to be my favorite piece in the masterbath renovation- having the combo waterfall, rain shower which can run together or individually with great pressures(cudos to my plumber)- besides being sleek and elegant, and great customer service!
I worked withAndres who was very helpful, product arrived with water markings, which I returned and recieved a new perfect one in a timely fashion. Can't wait for installation of this rain /waterfall showerhead! Very sleek- gave it 4stars because of first product received was damaged.
