“ECRATER TOOK MY MONEY BUT NEVER DELIVERED PRODUCT!”

Saw the negative reviews but thought they had cleaned up so decided to give them a chance. Horrible mistake as ecrater stole my money also. I ordered ebook for a class. They promptly took out my money but never delivered the ebook. IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS!
