I am an extensive online shopper. Usually happy with OO and their delivery and range of items. However I was supplied the wrong item (girls value pack) instead of the boys one I ordered. I was told I would have an answer within 1-2 business days. 4 days later no update. Feeling frustrated. Wish there was a phone number I could call to get an update. I will send another email today.
