No longer shipping to usa. I'm so bummed. Please try to find a retailer in usa to sell your boots through. PLEASE!
So far everything ive bought has been good quality. Nice t shirts that fit well. Buy some car accessories next time.
I set up my payment to come out of my paycheck. It came out and was deposited into perpay account. I tried to contact through the webite chat just to confirm payment was received and we are on track for my 2 items to be shipped out. No response. It has been 24 hours and no response at all. I'm not a dumb $#*!. I know perpay does not debit my bank account. I request my payroll department to deduct from my check. I did that. If I don't hear back i will cancel all future payments. I PLACED AN ORDER. IT WAS SHIPPED OUT BY FED EX. I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED. IT WAS NOT. I TRIED TO CONTACT FED EX AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. THEY SAID I HAD TO CALL THE VENDOR. WELL THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL ON ASOS WEB SITE. THERE IS A CHAT LIVE OPTION THAT NO ONE EVER COMES ON TO CHAT. I'VE BEEN WAITING 90 MINUTES NOW. SO I GUESS I'M JUST $#*!ED OUT OF MY MONEY. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY BANK TO STOP PAYMENT ON THIS ORDER.
