I set up my payment to come out of my paycheck. It came out and was deposited into perpay account. I tried to contact through the webite chat just to confirm payment was received and we are on track for my 2 items to be shipped out. No response. It has been 24 hours and no response at all. I'm not a dumb $#*!. I know perpay does not debit my bank account. I request my payroll department to deduct from my check. I did that. If I don't hear back i will cancel all future payments.
