I tried the neck hammock 3 times. The first time I think it was too low. The 2nd time it was uncomfortable, so gave up. Decided to give it one more try and used a post instead of a door handle. I timed it for 5 mins once I got my position adjusted as best I could. After the 5 minutes, my neck was worse! When my PT creates traction, she pulls from under the base of the cranium, but the neck hammock is pulling from mid-head.
