Why doesn't the website work? I have been trying FOR MONTHS to use the site but there is an error every single time, the same error, and this is ridiculous. I am going to report this place, because I have tried four times to get customer service to help me out, and have received no reply at all. When I first got the card I actually used it. But now the website is completely different and I can't even check out a hotel!
Tip for consumers:
I wanted to say that I finally was notified by the company I purchased the card from:
"SORRY FOR THE DELAY!
Our records indicate that you previously purchased a Hotel and Resort eGift Card. Our travel partner experienced unexpected turbulence on their site causing a delay in voucher redemption.
Their site is now running smoothly and you can activate your Hotel and Resort eGift Cards."
The site,Restaurant.com, also gave me a free $100 Card for the hotelandresortcard.com. The site IS UP

We have no control over individual devises and here is our response: We understand that you are having an issue with the Hotel and Resort Card web site.
We have tested our site and it works fine.
1. The first thing you need to do is enter the location AND Check in and Check out dates. WAIT A FEW SECONDS BEFORE YOU CLICK SEARCH.
2. IN THE EVENT THE PRECEDING SUGGESTION DOES NOT WORK: Clear the history in your browser and reboot your devise. If you are on a smart phone try turning it off and back on.
If you are trying to make a reservation on GOOGLE it will not work. GOOGLE is a search engine not a Browser, we recommended Browsers; Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Windows, etc.
3. If that does not work below are some sites that can help trouble shoot your problem.
