You can not speak to a human, I gave up holding after spending 10 minutes searching for a contact number, then 20 minutes holding. Companies like this should not get away with taking your money hassle free, then make it impossible to speak to anybody regarding your order. It tells you a lot about ASSOS'S company ethos or lack the lack of it! Unless you want to take the risk try and buy your item else where with companies that do have a decent customer service where you can speak to a human!
