I recently ordered a couple pair of rain boots from hunterboots.com neither of which fit properly so I sent them back. I then ordered another pair, hoping to get a good fit, and received a confirmation of my order which charged to my credit card. Problem is hunterboots.com followed up that email (see photo) with another email stating that my order "couldn't be processed." No reason provided, just that it could not be processed. I tried twice more over the next day or two and went thru the same thing. I purchased (so I thought) a pair of boots, received a confirmation from Hunter about my order followed by a 2nd email stating that my the 'order can't be processed' and to contact them if I had questions. I tried 3 time in total to order a pair after the initial 2 pairs that I'd received (didn't fit). Each of the three following orders, they cancelled the order after initially sending me a confirmation.
Absolutely no reason provided. I reached out to their "customer service" via chat and email and was told that my account was flagged bc I ordered too many pairs. What? How does that even happen? Maybe I have a big family or maybe I love boots! Ridiculous. I shopped successfully on this site never had any problem pre-covid - I was always satisfied. I'll never use the Hunterboots.com website again. I ended up buying my pair at a different vendor. Boo to hunterboots.com. Lousy experience all around. Disappointing. Weirdest on-line shopping experience I've ever had nothing has even come close but so won't forget how they treated me and, I won't be back.
