What a terrible experience with this company! After reading this review today, I hope you take my advice and avoid this firm for the rest of your life.
What happened was I ordered a chair for £80 on the 14th of December and paid for next day delivery - which cost me an extra premium may I point out. Nevertheless, I didn't mind. The next day, I never received it, which I didn't mind at first considering the times, but by the 18th I still hadn't received it. By this point, I'd emailed them over 12 times and had 0 replies. ZERO REPLIES.
However, I then suddenly got a reply, but only one, stating my item was "lost in transit" however yodel hadn't even received my order at this point. Aosom cancelled my order randomly (Which I still haven't gotten the refund for) but as I checked the Yodel tracking, they'd magically got it suddenly and then it was cancelled with no explanation.
I thought nothing of it and re-ordered the same chair and it has now arrived and it is absolutely diabolical. Terrible quality, you'd honestly find better quality at a supermarket.
Honestly I'd avoid this firm at all costs and wouldn't even bother with them, absolutely useless and don't respond. They will probably reply to this saying it was my fault somehow.

Edit: I forgot to mention the fact that after they cancelled my first order, they never refunded me the extra "next day" shipping costs and I used a discount code that had ran out so when I re ordered it the second time it cost me about £10 more which they don't care about anyway. Yet another reason to AVOID AOSOM
