Fiona Clancy from the Manchester Branch tried to get my review removed from Nicelocal.

I called into the branch in the end of October as i had read the business had good reviews.The Manchester branch was closed, so i paid a visit to the Leeds Branch.

I came in and there was 5 people before me ( whom had pre-booked). I waited. A blonde boy who was at the reception did not ask if i needed any help, but i did not think much about it. I continued to wait. Then two other people entered and he acknowledged them - together with the existing customers as i continue to sit there invisible to his eye. When all came and went he finally took it upon himself to ask whati needed. I said i would like to ask some questions as i am looking to have a cartiledge ppiercing done, to which he passed me onto a girl called Mia, who kinda rushed through and not really bothered to allay my concerns. I thought there and then they were not about to get my money and left. I Luckily i found a piercer nerby whose services was 100%.

Word of waring, if you are a woman of colour, please do not visit this stpre and ask fiomna went out of her wwway to have my original post removed, it should tell you all you need to know

Their products is absolutely junk. I purchase a mp3, the moment i got it home, it failed to work ( stuck on hold and keeps shutting down)- despite it showing as charging in the store. The woman said all products have a 3 month guarantee. I know why not because they are all junk. I will be returning my item asap. Having to fork out £6.40 travel to get there which i am pi%%ed about. Absolute junk store. I was going to purchase one for far more from another store, that day but did not like the colour. Which i had purchased it now. Today on the 7/8/ i called the store and came across the most snottiest and arrogant manager by the name of Ryan. He basically refused to give me my money back stating that the store can take upto 48 hours and check the item out. He then went on to say why i had come to the store for in the first place. He was an absolute nasty piece of work. He said he did not the time to talk to me and ended the call. NEVER purchase items from this store. They are extremely unprofessional and scammers. They do not check their products and sell them even though they well know they are faulty. I will be approaching Trading standards about this, if it is not resolved. It is discussing that businessess such as this is still in operation. I have purchased from other Cash Generators stores in the past and had no problems with them. It has been my first time at Bury's branch and had i done my research and came across this review page, i would not have purchased anything from them.

My baby girl ( dog)passed away 20 years ago and it is still hurts they way CPC staff treated my mother. My baby girl lived with my mother who is a pensioner and CPC charged her £70 to cremate her - even though they knew she was a pensioner. They would call her daily chasing payment. Because my mother was scared they will not give our baby a good cremation she felt compelled to pay it. Personally, i do not believe they did what she request and simply disposed of our baby in a disrespectful way. The staff afterwards were not pleasant to deal with. I think that if my family chose to get another pet and he/she pass away, we rather bury it in our backgarden, that way we know for sure she is amongst her loved ones and not with people whose cruel intentions centres around money. Haviing read all the others posts of their bad experience with CPC, my heart goes out to them. There is nothing like losing your beloved pet. I find CPC's response so condescending and heartless. Just admit it, you have no interests in enduring that our beloved pets have a memorable send of, you are and have always been about money. It is dispeccable.

I posted this also on Google Reviews and recieved a half - hearted, condescending apology when they should have the common courtesy to reimbursed all what they own my mother. I ADVISE ANYONE NEVER TO USE THEM. They are savage heartless people who has no morals of heart.

I have an account with them for a few months. It was a beautiful dedication page to various artists that i enjoyed - suddenly it was deleted without any explanation- when i approached them, they asked for my personal details. The account was not created with my personal details therefore i should not be force to provide them in order for instagram to exploit my data. I pray for the day where they will be out bidded from a revil

I have been with this company for a longtime and watched it become money hungry data breaching hitlers.

A family member has also got a Pay as you go account with this. When i set up a Pay as you go service( which was around 10 years ago) for both our phones i immediately request to have an promotions, marketing, text message alerts to be removed. A great advisor successfully removed them and we encored no further issues as far as those were concerned.

My family member is very simplistic and only use the phone to make a call or recieve a call, she does not even use text messanging, so low and behold, one day she recieved a voice prompt on her phone advising her of my call. Up until then she had her favourite ringtone alerting her to my call. We contacted o2 -she recieved a call back from the manager who was saying she would look into it and never recieved a call back. Fast forward to recently. She again began to recieve text messages alert - this time asking for her to switch on her bluetooth in order to claim a discount. Of course she was distressed and i was darn right angry. II called, anyways i disgress who said in order for them to remove the text messages, i will have to give him her home address. Which was ludrcous because everyone knows when a pay as you go account a home address is not required. He went onto say she will continue to recieve text messages if i do not provide this. Of course, i did not. Warnng, do not go with them. They are opportunist trying to sell peoples data

I had never had an issue with Microsoft until my Twitter account was compromised and Microsoft refuse to allow me entry to my account. When i first created a Hotmail account. Granted i did just put made up answers to the questions. That was because i was in a rush to create an account to get started. Anyways i was able to remember some of the answers. When my account with Twitter was compromised, i provided Microsoft with an accurate answers plus my password, but still Microsoft refused to allow me to gain access to my account. I made several phone calls and was messed around. I sent several emails, yet they still refused. Now they have blocked my email account which means i am unable to gain access to Twitter. They are heartless vile thugs.

I became an avid user of Twitter for 4 years and thoroughly enjoyed my experience and met some new and interesting people along the way. My page was a lovely devoted and positive page. It was not politically driven. However over the years my account had been compromised on a few occasions. When this happened Twitter would ask me to type in my email address. I did so and was able to use my account. Recently a youtuber whom i subscribed to was falsely arrested and she attached a video footage. I - of course lent my support. Shortly after i received a notification from Twitter advising my account had been compromised from a user or someone not related to Twitter ( possibly the Tennessee Police or a celebrity. However recently my account was compromised again and a code was sent my email address which Microsoft refuse me to have access too. Twitter had been extremely unhelpful, just responded using re-generated emails. When i recieve a half decent one they referred me back to Microsoft who had been a $#*! at giving me back my hotmail account
