I think this service could greatly benefit from an app. Based on the level of investment, I should never feel in the dark as to whether anything is happening or not. I was aggressively pressed to submit feedback from an initial date, but have received no such communication in return. I'm not sure what that means and I would expect at this level that ambiguity would not prove to be an issue. I guess I would prefer to know the status of things and occasional emailed communication do t provide that or any level of confidence on the contracted service.
