When I spoke with the owner about their services she verbally told me that her company guaranteed they could get a diminished value claim or they would refund their fee. When it came down to it, the claim was declined, and she pointed to a carefully cloaked clause in their contract that got them out of honoring their money back guarantee. SAVE YOUR MONEY. We tried to help Teri and we asked her to send us a copy of the prior loss so we could amend the claim and help her further. She refused to send us the prior loss information so we could help her further. Feel free to email us and we can send a copy of the thread showing us asking her many times for the prior loss.
