Ordered a part & before it arrived determined the small appliance was unfixable.
Contacted their customer service once the part arrived & was told that due to the price that an individual would order they do not refund smaller price items. Their reasoning: they charge you so much for restocking, don't refund shipping costs & add shipping to refunding, along with other add ons that the individual would barely receive any refund at all. Therefore they don't bother & count on that as your discouragement. What they are really after is big bucks from business orders--not anyone trying to fix something themself. Would give less than 1 star but can't give a lower rating!

Needed guidance re: height adjustment when adding inflated "pillow" from them to use between inside top of cover & top of fire pit to tent a flat top for better drainage with rain/snow.
