When I applied, I was assured there were eligible men in their database. They tried to upsell me to a personal matching service. I told them I wanted to see the quality of men before considering an upgrade. In 10 months I didn't hear a word from them. I reached out via email and never got a response. Don't waste your time or money.
I purchased a coupon in late Aug. 30 days later when I went to redeem it, I found it wasn't in my account. I sent an email but didn't get a response. One week later I sent another email to their publshed support email and it bounced. I tried calling their 800# twice and the call was cut off after the introductory message. Buyer beware!
